Amendments and cancellations are free up until 12 pm on the day prior to arrival.
After this time, the first nights rate will be charged against the guarantee credit/ debit card.
No Shows will be charged the equivalent of first night rate.
Advance Purchase rates are non-refundable.
Full prepayment will be taken from your card at the time of booking.
In the event that you may wish to amend an advance purchase booking, please make contact with the hotel. Advance Purchase bookings may be moved to an alternative date(s), subject to availability and may incur a price increase subject to the rate availability for the chosen new date(s).
A Group booking consists of 10 or more reservations booked together.
The cancellation policy for groups is as follows
Cancellation 1 month prior to arrival is Free Of Charge
Cancellation Charge of 50% for any rooms cancelled between 1 month & 2 Weeks Prior to arrival date
Cancellation Charge of 75% for any rooms cancelled between 2 weeks & 1 Week Prior to arrival date
Cancellation Charge of 100% for any rooms cancelled between 1 week prior and arrival date

1. Applicable Terms
All bookings however made by any individual group, firm or company
(''The Guest') shall be subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Group Bookings
In the event of a group booking which the Hotel, has accepted, deposits must be paid to the Hotel in accordance with the Hotels current operating policy. If deposits are not received by the Hotel within the specified time limit, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. Rooming Lists must be received in advance of the groups arrival at the hotel.
3. Settlement
Final accounts must be settled before departing the Hotel, or in the case of an approved Credit Account, previously agreed by the Hotel, within 30 days of date of invoice.
4. Interest
The Hotel reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a compound interest of 2% per calendar month or part thereof.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and will only be effective on the date of receipt. Cancellation charges will be applicable in accordance with the Hotels current operating policy. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time without liability whatsoever save for the return of all money paid and in the case of an overbooking, the Hotel will make every reasonable efforts to find a suitable alternative accommodation.
6. Frustration to Contract & Liability
If the Company is prevented from carrying out its obligations by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including government intervention, strikes, labour disputes, accidents, acts of God, national or local disasters or war or any event causing the whole or a substantial part of the Hotel to be closed to the public, the Company's liability will be no greater than the amount already paid by the Client to the Company in respect of services booked.
7. Loss or Damage to Property
The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of the Guest or any such person as may so occupy, or hired by the company on the client’s behalf, except within the constraints of the Hotel Proprietors Act of 1963.
8. Indemnity
The Guest shall indemnify the Hotel from any loss or damage caused by them or any other person for whom a booking has been made by them, to any part of the Hotel/Inn or to any fixtures, fittings and equipment or any property of third parties.
9. Personal Data
EDROC Limited Privacy Policy We take the safety and security of our data very seriously, this includes the personal data that we hold for all of our customers, guests, clients, staff, suppliers and any third parties etc.
We use the data we hold to deliver products and services to our customers, to make and keep contact with our staff and to trade with our suppliers and any third parties, either past, present or future in line with current legislation to meet our legal responsibilities.
We obtain our data direct from our Customers, Suppliers and Staff or via a third party where they have agreed to supply us their data and use it legitimately in our day to day business. Personal data may include, but not limited to
Name,
Address,
Contact Numbers,
Email Addresses,
Postal Address,
Bank Account Sort Code and Account number to enable us to make BACS payments
and CCTV Images and recordings.
We do process, but do not store Debit and Credit Card details for the use of taking payments from customers and guests. These details are not stored on our systems, but are held by our card payment processing provider, Worldpay.
Your personal data could be used in a number of ways, depending upon on which relationship you have with the business, for example: - Customer, Guest or Client; we may contact you using the details you have provided by email, telephone or post with regards to past present or future reservations, or any offer we think may be of interest to you, you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. - Supplier; we may contact you with regards to supply of goods, accounting or supply issues by email, telephone or post. - Staff; we contact our staff by email, telephone or post with regards to their work, payment or any other relevant matters, in an emergency we may contact their next of kin which we have been authorised to do so by the employee.
For the purposes of GDPR, EDROC Limited is the controller of data held by the company and any trading names used by the business. Your data may be shared with third party agencies so they can help us meet our contractual and legal duties, such as: - Government and Law Enforcement agencies such as HMRC - Debt Collection or similar issues - Company Accountants EDROC Limited will not sell, rent or give or share your data
All data held by EDROC Limited is stored in the following manor: - Physical Stored Data; Stored in locked cabinets or areas with access to restricted employees only. - Electronic Stored Data; Stored on computers and devices and backup systems attached to our network or on a secure server via a third party. All computer systems are password protected with user level access to relevant employees and our systems are restricted to authorised employees only. - All systems are backed up with encryption where possible

10. Termination of Contract
The Company reserves the right to terminate this contract without prejudice to any other right it may have, in the event the Client fails to comply with the terms of the this agreement.
11. Law
The booking and contract shall be subject to English Law and the contracting parties and the contracting parties submit to the Courts of United Kingdom..
